Update MoveWindow to deal with per-monitor setups.

Make it possible to move windows within FvwmPager and have them appear
approximately in the correct position in with global or tracking a
single Monitor. Fixes #198.

Note, this update only affects windowed mode, the Iconified pager
view still needs updated.
