RAVA firmware

This is the firmware code for the RAVA Device.

In addition to the source code, the compiled firmware is also available, featuring:

• firmware.hex implements the RNG functionality with health tests and peripherals
• firmware_led.hex enables the same functionality as the previous file, including LED and LAMP capabilities
