This project is still missing a license, adding one would help contributors and people wanting to use the library.

Fix gakonst#26 by adding an MIT license

I'm suggesting an MIT license based on the related projects mentioned in the README. Both ethers.js and rust-web3 use an MIT license, while ethcontract-rs uses a similar Apache license.
