Suggestion to merge News and Blog

Currently, the Blog is harder to find than news / events, since it doesn't have it's own header element. Instead of adding a header element for the blog, I'd suggest merging it with news.

I do not think the distinction between news and blog is very clear. Both have items which may as well be in the other category. Merging them would remove the ambiguity between the difference of the two categories, and help with post frequency.

Discussed this out of band with @bgruening about a month ago and also suggested we could look into consolidation into news. The original intent of Blog entries was for separate long-form content that would remain pertinent/useful longer than a news item, but we haven't really used it as such, yet. Barring someone wanting to start writing more blog-style content about Galaxy, I'm happy to merge it over and simplify the feed(s).
