How to share a workflow with all Galaxy users #6896

Hello. I would like to import a workflow into my Galaxy instance that is instantly available to all registered users and future new users. Would there be any way to share workflows with all current and future users apart from manually sharing it with all registered users and asking new users to import each manually?

Thank you.

@AlvaroFaure Sure! In the sharing interface, if you do the "Make workflow accessible and Publish" option, that workflow will appear in the Galaxy instance's "Published Workflows" listing, for everyone to see, import, and use.

Edit: Oh, on reread, you specifically don't want to use the Publish feature and have folks import it? Can you elaborate here?

I know that there is the option of making a workflow public so that everyone can search and import it, but I would like to know if it is possible that it remains automatically imported for all the users of my Galaxy (both the already registered ones and the new ones that register).

If this is not possible, how can I implement it in such a way that once a user registers, all workflows are automatically imported into his profile and when I publish a new workflow, it is automatically imported into the profiles of each one of the already registered users?

Thanks for raising this @AlvaroFaure - I need this ability as well! ;)

Users can already run published workflows, no need to import them. Would it be enough to have a tab for published workflows in the main workflow section ?

Yes, that would be great!
