Unclear input DC in workflow selector

It pretends to be a search box despite having hard coded options.

We should replace this with a select2 that on click will prompt (rather than expecting you to type something / anything), and that can still allow custom inputs for other types of collections

@jennaj this feels like one of the 'papercuts'/tiny UX problems that could be more clear to new users, from the other repo, would you like me to cross post these anywhere?
