Adding the flash (Fast Length Adjustment of SHort reads) tool which is
part of the FROGS workflow. This is my first contribution so there might be a lot of basic stuff missing.

Thanks @Raynooo!

The sources link was "latest" instead of a specific version, this is fixed
it would be even better to have a sustainable one.
.shed.yml parameters were missing urls and owner was wrong.
