Clocks now contain a delta which is relative to their both their timescale and units. If the clock is STOPPED or is PAUSED then the delta will be 0 for those frames.
Just like clock manger, I think having delta property on clocks would be a useful way to quickly know the speed difference per frame based on a clock.
