PMOG / The Nethernet Server Codebase
PMOG / The Nethernet is a game played across all the sites of the web. The game is up and running at http://thenethernet.com – the code has been released open source so you can hack on it, improve the game, or build your own multiplayer online experience.
More up to date information regarding the setup and operation of the server environment is forthcoming.
PMOG uses Ruby on Rails and MySQL.
Make sure you have those installed locally.
Check doc/local_setup.txt for more infos.
Required Ruby Gems
- Rails version 2.1.0
- MySQL 5.0 or greater
- ImageMagick or Image Science
