This pull request refactors the Gammapy installation docs.
Before it was one super-long page, now it is an overview page mentioning the options, with links to separate pages with details for each option (e.g. conda, macports, ...).
I won't have time to actually make the instructions better today (e.g. introduce
environment.ymlfor conda -> ctapipe has a good setup / description we can copy). This will have to wait until 0.7, unless someone else wants to help out with that today.
