なぜやるか

現状では新しく開発をしようとする人がアプリケーションや開発環境の概要を把握できない。READMEを整備することにより、開発へ参加するまでのスピードを上げる。

ゴール

READMEの手順通りに1からreserbath開発環境を構築し、途中で詰まることなく開発環境が完成する

- 開発環境の構築手順
