cannot load gaphor file

I get exception when i try to load the file I've just saved. The
gaphor file and the png I've exported after the last save can be seen/
downloaded from here:

I'm using gaphor from git HEAD

I've added a test case. The issue is visible now. It's more a Gaphas thing..
