What this PR does / why we need it:
This is a bug fix for an unexpected behaviour of the designate API.
A list query for
*.example.comreturns not only the record set for the wildcard but also for domain names likefoo.example.com. This can lead to wrong lookup of the record set ID for wildcard record sets and updates of wrong records.Which issue(s) this PR fixes:
