Mine can be removed too, it was hosted on a Dropbox account I no longer own, and we moved on to using Bento/Chef images anyhow.

If you're working on the Hacktoberfest, and are looking for something to do with Vagrantboxes, please can you review the list of boxes identified in the PR, and create individual new PRs to remove that item. Then, we can contact the owners of those boxes to identify why their boxes are offline.
