…t stale nodes that aren't "touched" on bootstrap (gatsbyjs#861) * Add action for deleting nodes * gatsby-source-filesystem now deletes File data nodes when its file is also deleted * Implement garbage collection for data nodes. If a node isn't touched on bootstrap than delete it
