Newlines in Windows #5

I tried running the project under Windows 7, and had issues with the newline characters. Resolution:
https://help.github.com/articles/dealing-with-line-endings/

Adding a .gitattributes file to the project will resolve this. I can confirm this fixes it:
vccw-team/vccw#21
