Init coreos to use normal ansible modules.

Runs using raw, after the coreosinit role normal modules can be used

Edge case I'd say. Fun to make tho.

TODO: download directly from https://downloads.activestate.com/ActivePython/releases instead of s3 bucket. Implemented this way bc of blacklist on proxy.
