This store would be created with a URL to a Gaffer REST API and all operations executed on this store would be sent to the provided URL. The store should not require a schema as it should be able to fetch the schema from the url.
For this simple proxy store there will be no authentication. In the future other proxy stores may be required that use different authentication mechanisms.
