A minor request: Have the Spell Check remember if it was toggled on or off between sessions. As of now, it will always start toggled on, even if it was toggled off in the last session.

Jus to be sure, you are talking about the "check while typing" toggle toolbar button?
If so, sounds reasonable to remember the state.

SpellCheck: Remember 'Check while typing' setting between sessions

To do so, we need to always save the config file on plugin
cleanup/shutdown and move the configuration save logic to
its own function.

Closes geany#667.
