  • Fix several issues in the Scope plugin translation setup that led to a few strings not being extracted, and several translations not to be used.
    • Yes, this "adds" new strings (column titles), but they were already there, just not translatable at all.
  • Update the French translation after these fixes.

scope: Fix translation of several strings

 * Mark tree view columns as translatable.
 * Properly setup translation framework everywhere. Several strings
   were not actually translated because constants from config.h were
   missing.
 * Fix translating toolbar items tooltip.
