How to create a geddy custom "scaffold" generator

I'm looking for a tutorial on how to make my own scaffold generator (i want to make my "index" pagination aware, like in https://github.com/hcalboru/todo_app) cause app with LOTS of rows would be really slow/unusable.

There is some tutorial on this?

This would be fantastic. We have some work going on pluggable generators in this repo from @der-On: https://github.com/geddy/geddy-gen-gen But I would love to see more work on this.
