After revision

This release updates the first one with the following items:

1. the full/complete output of Multiple Distinctive Collexeme Analysis (MDCA) in the file full_mdca_results.tsv within the data folder. This results file is best inspected/open in spreadsheet software (e.g. MS Excel) since it is a large file (9.1 MB).
2. updated notebook with data and code citation.
