When I tried using Leafmap to load the raster image, it didn't bring the error, but it didn't display the raster on the interactive map either.

It is probably your package installation problem. Try Google Colab

It works on Google Collab. I want to perform segmentation on a large satellite image, but the limitation of the GPU on Collab prevents me from running the code. So, I wanted to run it on my university's HPCC, and that's why I am getting the error.

This is an issue with localtileserver. You may need to install jupyter-server-proxy.
