This PR adds Varnish 5.0.0 support. Still to do: keep supporting 3.x and 4.x for now (will need to add back in the old RH/Deb tasks and have
whenconditions based on the major version that's set...See related: #39
Also, regarding the Ubuntu 14.04 build failure—that seems to be an upstream issue with Varnish >= 4.1.x; see #40
