Update Varnish role to 2.0.0 #1455

Summary

The upstream Varnish role now has a 2.0.0 release that changes the repository from where Varnish is installed. Because of this change, upgrading existing boxes may require a little manual intervention (or maybe we could automate this in a point release).

What this gives us, though, is Varnish 5.0 and 5.1 out of the box (the 1.x series only had up to Varnish 4.1). So the tradeoff is worth it...

I should also test the templates/drupalvm.vcl.j2 varnish VCL for Drupal VM with 5.x to see if there are any incompatibilities.

Automated tests passed, trying a manual provision to make sure the VCL is at least minimally working.

Works, verified with curl --head drupalvm.dev:81.
