Decided to only address a few hlint hints.
There are 3 hints in runtime/, corrected 2 of them, left the one about a redundant do.
There are 9 hints in tests/, mostly redundant do and redundant brackets.
Left them out entirely.
Of the 33 hints in src/, I addressed 8 small ones.
