If use pi+ as the beam, K+ and p as background, generated vertex distribution of K+ and p are not the same as input one. In gcard file, I have following commands:

But the generated vertex for K+ and p are much wider than input. Please find an example plot in attachment.

Can you send me the gcard you used to create this plot? Also, I assume this was using the latest clas12 tag?

Keep in mind if you do not select the parent to be "0", these could be secondaries particles produced somewhere else than the vertex you specified.

please find my gcard file in the attachment. Not sure which tag I have used, it was a quick test, I didn't look into details.
