Key management Catch

The keys are maintained on the Catch server. Keys are created based on kroniek titel / lref. Keys are set in the API key admin.

We got an email stating indexing is broken

Every now and then an object is imported in Drupal with illegal characters. When this happens Solr will stop indexing after that node.

solution: Lookup the corrupt node and remove the illegal character in the corresponding node and let Solr finish indexing.

Changes entered in Adlib are not showing up in de Catch API

This is often caused when stress on the Adlibserver is High. Wheb huge number of changes are have been committed to Adlib, Drupal will have a hard time syncing with Adlib and submitting the changes to Solr. This is also causes buy the syncing process is triggered on in batches on cron.

In both cases the solution is to wait, normally this will not take longer than 1-2 days.
