Updating gamemode theme background music minigame music

As part of the 2020.1 update, we removed the soundlib dependency from the main gamemode plugin. We did this to improve compatibility and lower the requirements needed to run the gamemode.
BGM lengths are now defined directly within the Gamemodes.txt and Minigames.txt files in addons/sourcemod/data. This can be manually edited in Notepad, or automatically calculated by using the WarioWare Redux SDK plugin.
