If a user updates the dataset, we should update the X & Y columns to reflect this change. One of the changes I'd tested was to create an extension using the Python add-in, in which case we can make a check on onSaveEdits(self) and detect the change as needed. If the current layer is being edited, update the X & Y columns at that time.
