Repository for scripts and materials used for scRNA-seq data analysis in the manuscript, "Porcine intestinal innate lymphoid cells and lymphocyte spatial context revealed through single-cell RNA sequencing".
Scripts for analysis of single-cell data from ileum, PBMCs, or ILCs from combined ileum and PBMCs can be found within listed subdirectories, with the exception that scripts for topic models and GO analyses for ileum or merged ILC datasets are all found in a separate directory. Keys for file names and descriptions of scripts are found in each respective subdirectory.
