Meanwhile, translate-shell-0.9.6.10 has been also released, so I updated this PR with that latest version, and rebased it on top of current master branch, as well as addressing feedback on this PR. Also, bug 684048 has been reported, which seems like a test failure with |

Do you really need all those deps to build a binpackage/install it? If not, please file a followup removing RDEPEND here.
This PR bumps
app-i18n/translate-shellto the latest version (0.9.6.9, released on 2018-12-23), and fixes bug 680310 by simply replacingapp-editors/emacsdependency withvirtual/emacs.I also decided to drop old releases in a follow-up commit.
Please review and merge this PR, or let me know how if anything needs to be changed.
