app-text/sigil - version bump

[tomboy-64]

This bump:

• drops sigil-0.8.5
• fixes #440704 (as 0.8.6-r1). Newer ebuilds have the sed replace built-in.
• includes latest stable 0.8.7
• includes first 0.9 pre-release (dubbed 0.8.900_pre)

I can't explain the garbage generated by the QA system. @mgorny: any idea as to why it is flagging up problems with sci-libs/vtk and app-admin/conky? Anyway, I'm going to go ahead and merge this PR. It looks sane.
