I wouldn't read too much into that activity. Upstream specifically said just a few months ago that he's abandoned the project and he doesn't know why anyone still uses it as the xpad kernel module works fine now. The project is still useful in various other ways like remapping other controllers to Xbox 360 but even I only use 360 controllers myself now. There's no need to take the upstream patches as we have already patched SConstruct and we don't use the rest. FYI, the code we're using is based on the stable branch. The develop branch is very different. |
Hey,
very simple update that seems to work. My last package that prevents full switch to python3.7.
I noticed upstream has been working on py3 support, so maybe it's soon time to switch back?
