This PR enables installation of Rex tab completions scripts for Bash and Zsh.

Currently only for the live ebuild, but the next Rex release is expected to distribute these scripts.

This is among my first attempts at dealing with completions in the ebuild context, so feedback is more than welcome about best practices.
