This PR adds an upstream commit which should help with remote clients being denied access that was probably introduced when PipeWire tightened up its default permissions. There have been two Gentoo users who have independently encountered this, so it's worth having a fix for those who have either said nothing or would encounter it in the future.
Since the current PipeWire ebuild stabilization bug already specifies at least wireplumber-0.4.5-r2 as the target, a second commit cleans up preceding ebuilds.
