net-vpn/i2pd: version bump 2.41.0

Hi! This is a bump. No changes.

This one is important: due to a bug in 2.40.0, it started crashing today. Not sure I understand the reason, but:

     The new SSU2 RIs triggers an error in the old NetDB code. zzz published
     a router today with the new RI and that makes it crash:
     http://0xff.i2p/ug.txt
     This started to affect i2pds 2-4h ago.

The problem is fixed in 2.41.0
