Is there no longer a restriction on the UID for suexec? Previously we had the rt user set to some random value between 10000 and 110001, or checked that it was above 1000.

I couldn't find any information, that this restriction still exists.

The other problem is, as for GLEP-81, we are not allowed to created UID/GID > 1000.
