this was added before we had policykit working with duktape
now duktape support in polkit landed, and is the default in gentoo
systemd-hostnamed should function without this workaround, and without
pulling llvm+rust+spidermonkey&co via polkit.
Removing from live ebuild now, without touching versioned ones.
I think just letting it go away naturally is least disruptive way for users.
249 does not have it
as soon as latest 250 is gone we can cleanup the acct package and filesdir.
alternatively I can do a revbump of latest 250.x and remove fallback as well if needed.
