LGTM, though good chances we'll get another bump within a few days up to a week, I forgot in my absence that telegram tends to have release sprees to fix as many bugs as possible before moving onto the next major.

Probably, I'll bump it again if it gets there. Just wanted to get at least 4.1 into the tree since telegram dropped a bunch of new features and some messages will not show with the older versions.
