dev-java/junit: Add slot 5 @ 5.9.2

Here comes the long-awaited JUnit 5 ebuild! All keywords except ~amd64 are dropped because the dev-java/open-test-reporting-events dependency was only keyworded on ~amd64 when this ebuild was created (the dependency's keywording is now in progress). I can file a rekeywording bug for this package once it is merged.

I just found that the ebuild does not run all available example tests. Once I fix this, I will un-draft this PR.
