The new gpkg changes actually changed the expexted structure of the
bootstrap binpkgs, now under ${P}/image.

Please don't do this bit - it makes it a pain if someone revbumps for unrelated reasons and it doesn't need a binary rebuild.

This is already being done for the amd64/x86 binaries, would you like me to check in the haskell channel if it's OK to revert that?
