next time don't drop only stable versions, pkgcheck should warn about it.
this time I could stable it quickly, but that's happy coincidence.

@gyakovlev We have weechat-3.7.1 also stable in the tree, though it was not stabilized for ppc64, only for amd64 and arm64. Note that there was a stabilization bug for over two months for weechat-3.7.1 open and ppc64 was the only one not done (https://bugs.gentoo.org/891455), despite both PPC64 and you being CC-d on it properly!
