This new bazel version should fix:
Bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/906065
And by also:
Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/906160
Bazel compiled correclty.
Tensorflow, however, I was able to start the compilation with openJDK 17, however I did not finish it due to lack of time (It took me 4hs to compile tensorflow). In theory it should work, according to the bazel devs: bazelbuild/bazel#17103 (comment)
If would be helpful if anyone could check that this new version makes compiling tensoflow with openJDK 17 possible
