@thesamesam looking good; there are a few issues reported in #curl, but nothing user-facing; (quiche HTTP/3, valgrind test failure that you already weighed in on).

curl/curl#11468 is potentially concerning, but it looks to be a build-time failure so we can drop that in if it turns out to be anything (I'll try and keep an eye on it).

Parallel tests are fantastic, my dev machine did this release in 90 seconds. I wish the rest of the process was that quick!
