  • It was necessary to restrict <dev-python/twisted-23.8.1 to make all tests pass
  • security bump to 1.96.0

I see, thanks! I have changed it to <dev-python/twisted-23.8.1 in recent FP.

Some tests are known to fail with >twisted-23.8, see [1]

FP with rebased branch, 1.95.1 was replaced with newly relased 1.96.0.
