www-apps/davical and dev-php/awl: update src_uri to official release tarballs #8131

https://bugs.gentoo.org/653988 raised the issue non-stable tag tarballs from gitlab.

The ebuilds are adjusted to use the newly available official release tarballs.

Since awl is only needed for davical and very closely bundled with it, I also updated the source uri (same problem) and the maintainership for awl (see #6832 (comment) for the davical maintainership takeover)

The release tarballs only differ in the way, that the new ones miss some files such as gitignore and debian specific content. Otherwise they are the identical.
