I plan to stabilize 0.21.11 and keep updating E22 as ~arch until it reaches end of its line. This update helps to get rid of old enlightenment packages, old un-needed enlightenment libraries and enlightenment.eclass eventually.

Doesn't build. -9999 makes little sense anymore since E's releases
are quite frequent now.
