Hi,

This PR raises the EAPI of the ebuild and uses readme.gentoo-r1.
Also quoting the Vars in order to make repoman happy.

Thank you. A look into the git log tells me that you are pretty active. How about to become a Gentoo developer with tree access?

Thanks :) Acutally, perfect timing. @jonasstein already ask me too a few month's back. However that time i was pretty busy with studying for other things.
However, last week i've passed my last test and now i'm free again. So, yes, i would like to become a Gentoo Developer.
What's the actual proceeding? What do i have todo too become a dev?
