Hi,

This PR fixes a few vdr related packages:

media-plugins/vdr-bgprocess
media-plugins/vdr-chanman
media-plugins/ffnetdev
media-plugins/lcdproc
-> only raised EAPI6 (no ebuild has stable keywords) and fixed the Homepage to use https.

media-plugins/vdr-pvr350
-> removed the old EAPI4 ebuilds (where only available on x86 anyway) and raised EAPI6 + fixing https for the latest ebuild

media-plugins/vdr-vcd
-> removed the old ebuild. Keep the r3 (stable on x86) and fixed https and download link, added a r4 (testing) with EAPI6 and added a missing die.

media-libs/vdr-vdrmanager
-> removed the old EAPI5 version and fixed https for the EAPI6 version
